باکسر عامر خان نے کورونا وائرس کے دوران باکسنگ بحال کرنے کا مطالبہ کر دیا۔

کورونا وائرس کے باعث باکسنگ سمیت کھیلوں کی تمام سرگرمیا ں معطل ہیں اور دنیا بھر میں کھیلوں کے شعبے سے وابستہ ہزاروں افراد متاثرہیں اور کھیلوں کے میدان بند ہونے کے باعث کھلاڑی گھروں میں ہی ٹریننگ کرنے پر مجبور ہیں۔

ایسے میں سابق عالمی چیمپین عامر خان کا کہنا ہے کہ بند دروازوں کے پیچھے باکسنگ نہیں کرنا چاہتا، بڑے معاوضے کے باوجود میں باکسنگ کے دستیاب نہیں ہوں گا۔

عامرخان نے کہا کہ اپنے کیرئیر کا مداحوں کے سامنے اچھا اختتام کرنا چاہتا ہوں ، کورونا وائرس کے باوجود باکسنگ بحال ہونی چاہیے۔

دوسری جانب برطانوی حکام کا کہنا ہے کہ جولائی میں جزوقتی طور پر باکسنگ بحال ہونے کا امکان ہے۔

برطانیہ اس وقت امریکا کے بعد کورونا وبا سے متاثرہ دوسرا بڑا ملک ہے جہاں اموات کی تعداد ساڑھے 31 ہزار تک پہنچ چکی ہے جب کہ 2 لاکھ 15 ہزار سے زائد افراد متاثر ہو چکے ہیں۔
